Terms and Conditions:

The purchase of products from the website is governed by these terms and conditions. By accessing the site and ordering and Goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The products supplied from this website are manufactured and packaged by Cunning Artificer. All goods remain the property of Cunning Artificer until paid for in full. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by or of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

When an order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try and inform you of the reason without delay.

The order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

Our Products
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. As such, your product may vary slightly from those images.

Prices and Availability

The price of the product (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.

We accept payment via PayPal, in which you can pay using a PayPal account or you can use it to pay via your debit or credit card. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.

The description of the Goods is as set out on the website or any form of advertisement.

Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies on the size or colour of the Goods supplied.

All Goods which appear on the website are subject to availability.

Delivery
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be printed and dispatched.We aim to turn orders around within 2-3 days, but this can vary hugely with bigger prints, larger orders and filament supplies.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Privacy and security
We will retain and use all personal information provided by you strictly as detailed in our privacy policy. At no time will any of your information be sold to a third party.
We may only contact you by using email or other electronic communication methods if you have agreed to this.

Returns and refunds
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order.
Your right to cancel is unconditional.
The items must be returned in the same condition you received them within 30 days of receipt.
Items that are not as new won’t be applicable for a full refund, but may qualify for a partial refund or credit note at our discretion.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. To cancel, please email CunningArtificer@outlook.com quoting your order reference.
You do not have to give a reason for cancellation, but to help us improve the service we offer customers in the future, a brief explanation would be useful.
Once your returned items have been checked by our team, please allow up to 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) from the date that the parcel arrived back to us for the refund to be processed.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if goods are faulty.

Faulty Goods
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:

up to 30 days: if your products are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.

up to six months (and beyond; up to the expected lifespan of the product): if your products can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement, in most cases.

up to five years: if your products do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

Liability
If there is a fault with the goods on your order, we may ask you to return the goods to us for examination, so we can work out what has gone wrong and ensure that the problem does not reoccur.
If items are faulty we will either send replacements, or refund the value of the goods.
Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
We hereby exclude liability for any consequential loss, whether arising from the use of goods purchased, the late or non-delivery or our carried or any other cause.

These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which both parties submit.

We collect information about you when you register with us, place an order, or provide feedback to us. This will normally include your name, address, email address and telephone number. Website information is collected using cookies.

How we use this information
We collect information about you to process your order and manage your account. If you sign up to our mailing list, we use this information to email you about products and services we think may be of interest to you. You can opt out of these emails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe link”. We may use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website, such as your membership log in.

To process your order we will need to share some of your information with third parties, for example your delivery address will need to be shared with the delivery company. We may also use your email address to request feedback after you have received your order.

If you agree during checkout or by opting to sign up to our mailing list, we would like to send you information about products, special offers and posts that may be of interest. You may opt out of this marketing at any point but using the unsubscribe link that is provided at the bottom of every email newsletter. You can also contact us directly to request that we no longer contact you for marketing purposes.
